SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is calculated according to Australia Post charges based on size, weight and protective packs. Tracking details can be traced at www.austpost.com.au unless shipped by courier in which case you will be notified. If you require express shipping please contact us for assistance.
RETURN POLICY
We happily exchange goods if they are faulty. Goods must be returned to us in "as new" new condition within 14 days of delivery. Please email or phone to arrange return. Enrolled students have twelve calendar months access to complete their assessments. Course content is not transferable or refundable once you are enrolled.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. (Amex attracts a 2.5% charge). We are based in Australia so international orders will be charged according to conversion rates on the date of payment. Charges will show as Iris Tech on your statement.
