DR. JACK TIPS - Master Sclerologist

Jack Tips, ND, Ph.D., C.Hom, CCN is a pioneer and leader of the Natural Health solution to preventing disease.  He brings the message of dynamic, vital health to thousands of people through lectures, seminars, articles, radio, the internet, books, television and clinical practice.  “Health is a state of adaptability, vitality, and joy; not just the absence of an overt disease process.”

 He earned a Ph.D. in Nutrition Science (1985) from the Dr. Roger Williams School of Nutrition Science, Clayton, Missouri (dissertation: Conquer Candida and Restore Your Immune System.)  He is a board-certified Naturopathic Physician with the American Naturopathic Medical Certification & Accreditation Board (Cert; # 02516).  In 1984, he began a clinical practice based on a three-tiered approach to health: homeopathy to stimulate vitality, systemic herbology to support specific tissues, and clinical nutrition for metabolic balance.

 He is an accomplished author: Your Liver – Your Lifeline featured for four years at Anthony Robbins’ Life Mastery University; and The Pro-Vita! Plan for Optimal Nutrition now considered a nutrition classic and its sequel, The Weight Is Over, is receiving acclaim for its applications for weight issues. The Art & Science of Sclerology Certification Course; Foot Glyphology, and Blood Chemistry and Clinical Nutrition (a desk reference); as well as several books expounding on the insights of mentor A.S. Wheelwright.      

He holds a fellowship in the American Council of Applied Clinical Nutrition (FACACN); is certified as a Clinical Nutritionist (CCN) by the International and American Associations of Clinical Nutritionists and serves on their Certification Board Scientific Counsel; and is licensed as dietician/nutritionist in the state of New York, license #001716.         

Dr. Tips is certified in homeopathy as a graduate of the Hahnemann Academy of North America (C.Hom.) and is a member of the National Center for Homeopathy, the International Foundation for Homeopathy, and the Homeopathic Academy of Naturopathic Physicians.    

Currently, he is director of Apple-A-Day Service Group, Austin, Texas, where he consults with individuals, both in person and by phone.  He is on the board of directors of the University of Natural Medicine, Santa Fe, NM, and serves on the scientific advisory board of Ideal Health, International, Boston, MA.  He is a member of the advisory board for the International Association of Naturopathy—Japan.  He resides in Austin, with his wife and children.  Dr. Tips is dedicated to providing people with the knowledge and tools to live genuinely healthy lives.
