Yes, Simone, the pigment inside the collarette at 2 o'clock does look like a salmon flash. Its presence has been found to be associated with a disposition to tumour development in the intestinal tract or abdomen. Occasionally it will be an indication of tumours in other locations. It is advisable to check the iris for additional indicators and suggest screening in relevant areas. The other two pigments are almost diametric and the top one is black (looks like its in the pituitary region). I would like to see the other eye before making a further comment.
