Hi Toni
I have a new client with a history of sacoidosis (granulomas occuring in the lungs & lymphatic system) Attached is her Lt Iris. Look at 4:00-5:00 the spleen region there is a psoria present on the spleen region in the spleen colour. Not something I see very often, and rather interesting !
